Apple Cake

| Mix in a pot, amalgamating well, flour, melted butter, sugar, eggs, grated lemon skin, leaven, a little salt, diced apples. Arrange evenly this mixture in an oven pan, and then add on top several small apple slices and a few spoonfuls of home made marmalade. Finally bake on a preheated oven at 180°, for approximately one hour. |
The dough is prepared using flour, butter, eggs, sugar, carrots, mixed with ground almonds, vanilla and leaven. When the dough is perfectly amalgamated and creamy, the cake is baked in a 180ºC hot oven for approximately 45 minutes. When the cake cools down, it is sprinkled with powdered sugar. |
