Apple Cake
Carrot Cake
Mix in a pot, amalgamating well, flour, melted butter, sugar, eggs, grated lemon skin, leaven, a little salt, diced apples. Arrange evenly this mixture in an oven pan, and then add on top several small apple slices and a few spoonfuls of home made marmalade.
Finally bake on a preheated oven at 180°, for approximately one hour.
The dough is prepared using flour, butter, eggs, sugar, carrots, mixed with ground almonds, vanilla and leaven.
When the dough is perfectly amalgamated and creamy, the cake is baked in a 180ºC hot oven for approximately 45 minutes.
When the cake cools down, it is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
